Self-Paced Online Courses

Coming Soon: I'm currently developing self-paced online teaching resources to help more people access the skills of self-compassion. Two of the most common questions I am asked are, "How do I start to cultivate self-compassion?" and "How do I stop being so self-critical?" ... I'm looking at these topics first!

Live, Online Group Courses

Coming Soon: I am a Trained Teacher, qualified to teach the 6-week Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion, the 9-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course, a range of other self-compassion group courses, and numerous, varied Mindfulness courses and trainings. All courses are secular, empirically-supported and evidence-based.

Online Group Workshops

Coming soon: Educational and experiential topic-based 90 minute group workshops on self-compassion. These workshops will be available online and worldwide and you will be able to attend live (opportunity for Q&A) or watch the recording at a time that suits you best.

Feeling with the heart really is our most powerful connector. Not just to others, but to ourselves too.

When we are depleted, beating ourselves up, feeling inadequate, and being crushed by our own harsh self-criticism, self-compassion offers us a way to actively soothe ourselves.

When we are caught up in the discomfort of people-pleasing, exhausted by caregiving or habitually putting ourselves last (and sometimes resenting it), self-compassion offers us a way to attend to our needs with awareness.

When we need to speak up, protect ourselves or motivate ourselves, self-compassion offers us perspective, a way to take wise action and the strength to stand in our truth.
